Natural products like omega 3 fish oils, cod liver oil and olive oil can be
great to feature in your diet. Fish oils can support a healthy heart. Olive oil is great for adding to salads and cooking with ( get the best quality for most benefit). Both help over a period of time to ease joints and promote well being. Check for allergies before use!
Spinning is a great way to get fit and for body toning. It's tough to start with but by gradually increasing time and resistance rewarding results can be achieved. Must be carried out under the supervision of a qualified trainer who can monitor your progress.
Give Nordic Walking a try!. It's an enhancement of normal walking whilst using special poles.This exercise can burn 46% more calories than standard walking. It's easy on the joints and suitable for all ages - subject to individual medical advice.
